Formerly called Southern Oregon MEDICAL-LEGAL JOURNAL, our banner now reads State of Jefferson MEDICAL-LEGAL JOURNAL. We welcome the Northern California medical community to our readership.
Black, Chapman, Webber and Stevens has distributed the MEDICAL-LEGAL JOURNAL quarterly as a public service to medical professionals in Southern Oregon since the summer of 1996. Our goal is to help medical professionals understand legal issues they may need to address in their patients’ personal injury, workers’ compensation or Social Security disability claims.
The attorneys of Black, Chapman, Webber and Stevens have over 25 years experience representing personal injury claimants in California. In 1999, the firm opened a branch office in Yreka to better serve Northern California clients. This occasioned expanding our distribution of the MEDICAL-LEGAL JOURNAL.
BCW & S also specializes in Social Security disability and workers’ compensation claims. Social Security claims are governed by Federal law and we serve clients in both Oregon and California. We handle workers’ compensation claims in Oregon only.
